Protein water

Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for protein water as I'm having difficult time drinking the shakes as they just get too thick and foamy I end up dry heaving. I've heard of special k protein water mix that adds protein and fiber to your water and didn't know if there were other alternatives that anyone had tried. Thank you!

    If you mean clear Protein drinks then I like the ProtiDiet liquid beverage concentrates. They come in several different fruit flavors.

    Some people like Isopure.

    Some of the Syntrax Nectars are lighter. I like the fuzzy navel.
