I am thinking the same thing IcanMakeit. As long as I can schedule eating and get my Water in I'm not sure why it's an issue...I think there is a benefit to breaking up meals in keeping them small an

I had hit the 3 week stall and to break it I drank extra Water - a total of 90 ounces- and ate half a Protein shake 2-3 hours apart for 2 shakes and then a small dinner at home to keep my metabolism going. This seemed to take care of it. I reduced walking to 3 times a week because I was worried i was burning too many calories.
She said to aim for 2-3 meals a day with nothing in between, she liked the water and told me not to worry about exercise to do as much as i want.
Now a few weeks later my scale is still again- I hate to go against direct advice from her regarding how frequently I eat- and I did hurt my hip and exercise has been sporadic the last 2 weeks and that could be it...but I'd really appreciate hearing from everyone else what they are doing meal wise, exercise wise and water wise?
