pre op

TO say I'm nervous is a bit much, I'm more anxious. I go for my initial consult on July 6th

I was normal weight all through my 20s then in my mid 30s the weight started coming back.

I quit smoking in 2010 and have even thought that if I smoke again it will make me think again, but i'm sure that's not the case

I've done gym, fad diets, low cal, running and even crossfit, but nothing worked so a lap band seems like it may be the tool that helps me get back to a manageable weight.

I look forward to reading more posts and seeing other stories on her - Im glad I found this group

thanks

Brent :)
