I don't dump - but I avoid sugars. Honey doesn't make me sick but it has more carbs than I prefer to eat at once.

I bought some granola that is sweetened with wildflower honey. Wondered if it was safe. Need something good to munch on.

I can't do oatmeal because my body changes it to sugar too quickly so to add sugar to that might not be good early on. My dr said to wait 6 months and try again then. Also, only a 1/2 tsp of honey per serving is recommended by my nut. Good luck!
