I had my surgery two weeks ago and I was sent home with a wound vac where the port was removed. Wondering if anyone else had this and how long it took to heal.

Nothing like that here. They just glued my incisions.

Wish they'd done that. I got stapled and I still have some scabs.

Consider yourself lucky! I had a very large (golf ball) "seroma" that drained for weeks. Sometimes it drained a bunch! It finally stopped after about 3 &1/2 weeks. Best of luck on your recovery.

I had surgery may 26, and had Jp drain until June 2, that incision is still a bit weepy which is normal clear fluid, would guess will be healed in another week just like the others
