Anyone feeling cold?

HI Folks,

I am 3 months post op, have lost 34 pounds, and quit smoking May 5th. However, lately, if I get cold with air conditioning, I freeze and stay cold forever. What is up with that??

I have noticed the same thing. My body temp is all off. I seem more cold now then I ever have. My husband keeps it 67 in our bedroom and I have to use 2 blankets to keep warm. I have to agree w/ the person that said we have lost some of our insulation and that's great!!

MY Dr explained it to me like this. He said when we eat our body is burning calories. Well the less you eat the less your body is working. So it makes you get colder because your body is not working to digest all the food. I really believe this though. I had a fill yesterday so I am not really eating anything today. Well I have been freezing all day. So I really notice it when I am not eating as much. My husband is a lot thinner then me and I have way more insulation then him. But he is always hot and I am cold. So I dont think it has much to do with that. Just my opinion though.
