Barrett's Esophagus and GERD

I have read that Gastric Sleeve is not recommended for folks with Barrett's Esophagus and GERD. Are there any of you out there that have Barrett's and GERD and had the Gastric Sleeve? Did it make your GERD worse?

    I'm only 11 weeks out, but I feel that my GERD has improved. I am still on Omeraprazole, however.
