First picture

So, my surgery was September 25, 2014. I have slowed way down on my weight loss, but I am still following the plan and exercising. I have always been the type to run from a camera. This past Sunday I decided to take a picture of my own to see what all the fuss has been about by my appearance. And for the FIRST time in quite a long while I was not embarrassed by what I seen. My starting weight was 222, I am 5'4 1/2. Yep. Throwing in that half. Sunday when I took that picture I weighed in at 157. I still have 17 more to go until goal. But couldn't be happier with my life at the moment. post-232531-14309408992683_thumb.jpg

You look great! You already look like you are at an ideal weight to me!

  • Here is my new side by side. Beginning doctor picture. And the right side picture was taken a month ago. New goal, 10 more pounds and done. I am 9 months post op today.

No saying yikes! You look awesome! We have somewhat similar stats so I hope to look as good as you in a bikini!

Putting it all out there. My first bikini picture. Yikes. attachicon.gifImageUploadedByBariatricPal1435542828.994045.jpg

Yikes?? You look incredible in that bikini! Your stomach looks amazing. No matter how much I lose, my stomach will never be able to see the light of day in a bikini without surgery :(
