Multi-Vitamin Options

Hi -- I am having a difficult time with my large Centrum chewables. The taste is gagging me and I haven't taken one for over a week. I already take a Flintstone chewable for additional Vitamin C, so taking more of those is not an option.

What do you all take for your multi-vitamin?

I have my 6-week appointment this week so I will also talk to my NUT.

Thank you!!

I was allowed to swallow pills at 7 days post-op. I never did chewables. You should ask about whether or not you can go ahead and just start taking normal pills.

I take a Bariatric One a Day Vitamin that I've been very pleased with. It comes in chewable and capsule. The price is affordable and the product can be found at www.procarenow.com
