After months of getting ready for this day it is finally here. I received my psych evaluation form yesterday and today my coordinator will be submitting my packet to Aetna! I pray that I'm one of those lucky ones who knows the verdict within a matter of a couple days. I'm pretty sure I won't be sleeping until I know!! #onestepcloser

I also wish the same person at Aetna would stop getting my phones calls. Today she not so happily told me they have 15 days from submission date to give an answer. I did ask if ANYTHING had been done at all aND she said no

Lol I wonder if we are talking to the same lady! I will continue to call everyday until I have an answer.. She's customer service it's her job so I don't feel bad.

I just got my phone call this afternoon. Aetna sent my approval over to the surgeons office this morning. I have an appointment tomorrow to schedule surgery. It took them about a week to get it done.
