Venting slash still stalling!

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I feel like im doing great. I need to up my Water but these last few days I've been great. Thursday I was 201 and today I'm 206. I feel bloated still on somw days I've been between 201-209 for almost 2 months now. Help! I'm getting really upset and quite honestly feel like giving up I work out 5 days a week cardio and strength I thought it was because I'm gaining muscle but I'm not thinking so much anymore. This sucks complete balls!

Sorry just upset but any suggestion is welcomed.

I wish I had a solution to this as I am in the same boat. I have been stalled for a month now between 220 and 223. I can't seem to go past the 220 mark. It is extremely frustrating. I have started logging everything into myfitnesspal so that I can see where I am at calorie and carb wise, but I am fine with that as far as I can tell. If you find a solution to this, please post!

I kept reading to add more water which I did also to change up my work out so I did. I cut a lot of things out of my diet. I'm so close to my first goal it sucks. I'm hoping one day I'll wake up and the weight just falls off!
