All, I had a 2 cc fill in my 10 cc band on Wedneaday. BINGO!!!! That is exactly what I needed. For me, this is the sweet spot. I have lost 4 pounds since Wedesday. Need to be careful to foucs on protein now that my intake is so restricted. Ran for 45 minutes yesterday. A year ago I could not run for 1 minute.
