Is this dumping syndrome?

I have had 3 spoonfuls of soup today (post op 3 days) and now I am on the toilet with (sorry if tmi) diarrhea which is water consistent! Is it normal to have runs after surgery or cud it be dumping syndrome do U think

That way pretty much the norm for me after surgery until I moved from all liquid to soft foods. Sorry. :(

A week after my surgery I had that happen 1 time. Then nothing else all day. Sleevers aren't prone to dumping syndrome, so I was told. It can happen but it's more likely to happen to bypass patients. Although, im no doctor. :)
