I'm so excited

I am so excited! I finally have everything scheduled that I need ringer approved for surgery. All appointments will be done by April 10th. It seems so far away from now. I have some questions though. I have a psych eval and I'm wondering if having depression and anxiety wood be a reason for the psych not to clear me. I have a therapist and I'm on medicine for it. I just want to know if I should lie about it so I can make sure I'm approved. Did anyone do fmla to get time off for surgery? If you did hoe difficult was the process? Right now I only have 40 hours of paid time off to use. Does this surgery qualify for fmla? Thanks for reading! I love the support we give each other on here.

First, definitely tell the truth at your psych eval. The things you described should not be barriers at all. The main point of the eval is to determine if you've really thought it through, understand what is expected of you for the long term, and have realistic expectations. Nothing to Rory about.

I did take FMLA leave for most of my time off. I work for a large company so they have good processes and routines and not a lot of guesswork on my part. Sorry if that's not the case got you.
