Weight loss taught me...

As I loose weight I've learned that it's not as easy as I thought it'd be. I knew it'd be hard but not the way I thought. I just thought eating right would be a challenge but I've learned that the mind is an awful thing. I know I'm loosing but my mind is playing tricks on me.

So I want to know what has loosing taught you?

I'm 7 months out and I agree. Sometimes it's just hard to not munch on unhealthy things. I have a snack bar at work that is really trying my patience. I am sticking to it though because nothing tastes as good as thin feels. Stick to it guys we can do this! I'm down almost 93lbs since 8/22/14 sleeve date !

I'm not sure if I mentioned it on this post but I work at a bakery! So I deal with it everyday. I have good and bad days and today was an awful day. I ran out of my quest bars (which I use to fulfill my sweet tooth and ugh I gave in and felt bloated all day. So I ran to vitamin shoppe and now I'm set because I hate feeling bloated!
