4 more days.....

So I woke up thinking great, just 4 more days of pre op diet. I've found it's gotten harder for me as it's gone along.... But then I realised, I get sleeved on Friday!!!! It's suddenly sneaked up on me!

I've only lost 6lb so far on the pre op, so worried I've done it wrong cause they gave me loads of choices.

They want me to do 4 weeks liquids after the op... But other surgeons said 2 weeks.

I really hope I'm doing the right thing... :-/

I just want to be able to take my kids swimming without feeling like a whale, and take them horse riding without giving the horse a heart attack. Other than that, i am lucky to have no health problems at all, so I hope I don't create more issues for myself by doing this.

But so far.... I feel ok... Almost looking forward to it :-)

It's very important to follow YOUR surgeon's guidelines. You will hear and read about a lot of other people being able to eat this or that sooner or later than you. You need to tune that out and stick to YOUR plan.
