Anthem Ohio

The insurance coordinator where im trying to get my sleeve said she "heard" anthem is now requiring a 6 month diet attempt. Can anyone confirm this?

Sort of off topic, but I see people often mentioning co-morbidities on here. Is that a deal breaker for surgery? What constitutes a co-morbidity?

Thats weird i was approved last week and they didnt say I had to do the 6 month. I hope they dont say oops we forgot to have you do this so your surgery is cancelled.
