Concerned about hypoglycemia

Ive had almost zero sugar intake for 3 days and am worried about hypoglycemia. Should I be drinking juice along with my clear proteins?

    I have been told to not have juice at all. I don't know what your situation is. Can you ask your NUT? Having a piece of fruit (if you have been promoted to that stage) would be ok, but not juice.
