Questions on foods allowed/ not tolerable

Hi , I am new to the lap band and just got it this past tuesday.

I wanted to know a few things that were on my mind about whats tolerated and when if it is tolerated.

I wanted to know if Calcium Chewys are allowed or if they got stuck to someones lap band.

Thank you Very much !!!!
