Teens with Gastric Sleeve!

I am 16 and am considering gastric sleeve surgery. I have struggled with weight my WHOLE life. I am just worried that after surgery i won't be able to eat out with my friends. I would also love to hear any teens experiences and if surgery is worth it?

And yes, I posted this 2 other places because NOW I finally find the teen section!!

You would eventually be able to eat out with your friends (a couple months post-op), but you have to be pretty choosy about WHAT you eat and won't be able to eat very much of it.

I am almost a year post op and eating out is a real pain, I can only have a very small amount to eat, however that's not the real issue, I. Sorry you are very young and you are making a very big life

Sorry you are very young and you are making a very big life decision it might pay to talk to a bariatric physiologist about it, but good luck it is a huge choice you need to consider all options :-)
