Had a check up today, I am not feeling my best, due to my aunt Flo arriving 5 days early. I have lost 6lbs in 3wks, the Dr. said that I was retaining Water, and probably have actually lost a little bit more, he showed me how the scales knew that, cause I was amazed he could tell I was retaining, I can feel it but I had no idea the scales measure it. He filled the band 0.75cc today because for the last 3 days I have been feeling tighter and he said that was likely due to the water retention which around that time of the month presses on the band, again I learned something new so I have 3.75cc in my band right now I just ate 2 eggs, I don't feel stuffed like he says I will if it is filled tight enough, but I do feel satisfied with what I've eaten. After my appointment I stopped in at Speedway, I don't like to reward myself with food for the most part, but I decided coffee doesn't count lol, so I got myself an 8oz coffee and put sugar free caramel in it, and 2 half and half creamers, and some splenda, it really did the trick because the Subway stop I had planned for a tuna salad just didn't interest me after I had the coffee. I then ran up to get my taxes done, by the time I got home I was ready to eat. For me as long as the scales are going in the right direction, I will be patient with the band.
