Hi there! I'm sort of new around here and still finding my way around so I apologize if this is covered somewhere already. I had surgery on 1/15/15 and therefore am 19 days post-op. I lost 14lbs my first 2 weeks, but have not budged this past week. I am following the eating guidelines and am wondering if this is common? It's REALLY discouraging and I'm trying to stay positive and not think I went through all of this for nothing. Help?
