  1. Thank you for the post and article. This was very helpful as I have also been in a stall. I am 3 weeks 1 day out, but have not moved since week 2.

  3. Hello! I'm hoping someone can help with a question I have. I am 3 weeks out and am on the puree stage. I am in a stall which I have read is normal, but I'm wondering how much people are eating during this state... cups or calories?

  8. Hi there! I'm sort of new around here and still finding my way around so I apologize if this is covered somewhere already. I had surgery on 1/15/15 and therefore am 19 days post-op. I lost 14lbs my first 2 weeks, but have not budged this past week. I am following the eating guidelines and am wondering if this is common? It's REALLY discouraging and I'm trying to stay positive and not think I went through all of this for nothing. Help? Elizabeth
