Stalling

What was your longest stall and what did you do to break it?

I'm going on almost 4 weeks now with no loss. I'm 5 mo out and down 70 pounds. Havent changed eating since beginning maintain phase. Maybe its not enough or too much. I'm interested in hearing your responses!

Mines was one week…then i changed everything i was doing from excercise to eating...

Mine was 4 weeks and I was not eating enough and exercising too much. I added more protein and backed off my exercise from 1 hour per day to 45 minutes. I broke my stall within 2 days of making these changes.

Just got off one, I'm 2 months out and I started drinking a protein shake a day. Weight started coming off again. I usually drink half in the morning and half in the evening.

Hi mine was 3 weeks I increase my protein and food intake I'm now at 1000 calories a day , 95-100 grams of protein, 9 glass of water a day and I exercise for 90-120 minutes a day for 5 days a week and this has help.
