Gastric Sleeve Surgery Dec. 12

Hi,

I would like to talk to anyone who is at the four week mark. I am returning to work tomorrow. I am a bit nervous about changing my eating patterns. I am having a soft poached egg for Breakfast and Protein Shake for lunch. With my small meals being yougurt and bannanas, hummus or smashed Beans. My problem is at night when I want Snacks. What are some ideas you may have to help me not get back into a pattern of doing great through the day and wanting snacks at night? Thanks

  • I had my procedure on 12/12. I like warm milk with chocolate protein powder at night. It's like hot chocolate and satisfies the snack and wanting something sweet itch.

  • My other favorite is to bake a sweet potato and eat it as a dessert. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on it... Yummy!
