Well i have been saving like crazy to get the lap band and guess what i just got a email from my mother in law and wow she getting it done in the next couple of weeks for free I should of move to Australia I'm kicking my self in the butt everyday. Im so mad but happy for her.

Yes we have it all in Alberta. $7 billion in surplus and they are talking about firing teachers :angry .

I firmly believe that whose of us that have paid for our bands have the advantage. We are more accountable and have more to lose if we dont make it work. I am accountable to my wife & son as the money that I took from our families finances is what paid for my band.

I agree with u i think if i pay for it i will probably take better care of it, since its my moving funds lol. Oh well u can always make more money i cant wait to get my bad. I still do believe Yukon health care should help a little bit but i should be ready$$$$ to go and get my surgery in Oct .
