I am embarrassed when I review some of my posts and notice all my misspelled words. Geeze...I am lost without spell check!!!! Wonder why they do not have it on the thread message???

i don't have firefox. that is strange. let me see if i can find the program online and maybe if you download it you will see the spell checker. i downloaded it a long time ago for other boards.

It says it's for internet explorer. I only use firefox.

try right clicking inside the box where the words come up when you type your post. make sure it is not a post that has already been made.

After you click "spell check this field" if there are misspelled words you will see a red dotted line under the misspelled word on the screen.

place your mouse cursor (the little arrow on the screen) over the word with the dotted red line and right click again in bold black letters you will have the correct spelling, just click on the right word and it will change the misspelled word to that spelling.

Sorry, but when I type in the box where I always type to post and then

right click I get back, reload, bookmark this page, everything but what

you're talking about. I thought we all had the same version, but there

must be something different. I can go to firefox and see if there is

a newer version to download, and see if that will help, I guess.

denise it seems that me and you have the same exact problems. I didn't want to download a program but it looks like i will have too. Thanks for every ones suggestions.

so even if it says it's for explorer, it will work on firefox? I don't want to download it if it's only for explorer.
