Directions from Union Station to Mississauga

I'm taking the train to TO on business. Does anyone know what subway/GO train I could take from Union Station that will bring me near the Surgical Weight Loss Centre in Mississauga? I would like to get a fill while I'm there and thought I could save on the taxi fee from Downtown TO to Mississauga.
