POST OFF PAIN....HELP!

IM 3 WEEKS POST OP and still have pain in my biggest incision...everything is healed up but when I make certian moves or go from laying to standing..I want 2 scream bcuz of this sharp pain....I mean is this normal or am I just being a freak out crazy over eager cry baby?

Definitely normal. I had the same pain 2 weeks after my surgery. Surgeon told me it was normal since I was moving more and the amount of work that was done through that incision. If the pain increases or you notice signs of infection than call the doctor.
