What is this 3 week stall I've been reading other's posts about? How long does it last? I'm going into week 3 and just wanna know what to expect

There are some people on here who have explained it really eloquently - I can't do that, lol. Basically a good majority of people experience a stall sometime around the 3rd week and how long it might last varies widely. Mine started a couple of days prior to week 3 and I'll be 4 weeks on Tuesday, still sitting at the same weight. Some people even gain a couple of pounds.

If it hits you, just keep following the plan - once your body catches up with itself, it'll start coming off again!

Having a hard time because the stall came right at Xmas. Been eating too much the last three days and scale shows it. Discouraged

I hit mine a couple of days before my 3rd week post-op...scale didn't move for a week. I ended up losing 6 lbs after 7 days of nothing.

I'm right at my 3 weeks and was discouraged the scale hasn't moved but now reading this I don't feel so upset

I hit my 3rd week and the stall too it's been almost three weeks on exactly the same weight not loosing or gaining any pound, but they said sometimes is normal and is only the first one of many more to come! Good luck
