I think stalls are a part of it. Keep the faith, follow the program and you'll ge t through it.

Stalls are so frustrating. I've had one at 2 weeks and 6 weeks and a small one around 9 weeks. I've heard that they can get longer the further out you are. Try and analyze your diet and see if you can tweak it a little. Otherwise, it seems you just have to wait it out. Good luck!

Today was a wonderful day. My child came home from the service. I was a nervous wreck, have hardly eaten anything. Had maybe 3 bites of a burger w no bun. I drank enough. I made vegetable beef soup and picked out the meat and broth. I get stressed, I physically can not eat. It is the strangest thing. Gonna try again. Thanks gang.
