Purchase problem

I made an ebook purchase on this site, but when I tried to click the download button, there was no active link (i.e., nothing happened).

I used the "contact us" page to try to get it resolved, but haven't had an answer yet. I used to work tech support for a website, so I know how busy it can get... but dangit! I want to read my book!

How can I get some help?

    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
