Medical Clearance

Hello everyone. Im a newbie. My date is December 4th. I have a Dr's appointment Dec1st with my primary. I have to get cardio clearance and my primary physician has to state he has been treating my hypertension. Did anyone else have to get cleared?

    yes Cardio and pulmonary clearance also had to have an EGD
