Hey everyone, so ive hit a stall at 4 months post op. I'm 60 lbs down and have been fluctuating between 2 lbs. Tips and tricks to push this along? and will I ever loose more!?

Of course you will lose more! Just stick with it. I like to switch up the exercise routine to something my body isn't used to if it stalls. Not sure if this is really what kicks me out of it but it helps mentally to know I'm trying to give it a boost.
