Hi I had surgery on 3/15/07 with Dr. Kwon's associate Dr. Vinces. I think Tristate Baraiatrics is the absolute best from beginning through aftercare. I am only 8 weeks out and already have 8.5 cc in my band and I am feeling restriction and losing weight. Others wait months to get this far. They have done 800+ bands and have a wonderful program. Please check them further if you are in the Port Jervis area. They also have offices in Middletown and Poughkeepsie. I am a RN and researched this for five years before finding Tristate Bariatrics and deciding to go for it--so glad I did. Good Luck!!! Carol

Thank you for responding. I have an appt with Dr Kwon in a week and I am very happy and feeling much more confident since reading your emails. I will email you again after my meeting. Now just pray that GHI HMO approves me!
