Does everyone else get the burning/searing pain

8 days post op and after a coughing fit the other day I have the most intense burning searing pain on my right side when I am in a sitting or bending the position like nursing the restroom. Becomes unbearable the pain. But if I recline back or lay down no pain at all once it settles down. I Googled it and looks like could be part of healing process from where they cut. Either way sucks
