How do we flag a member....

who is being rude and shaming towards others in the forum? Is their a procedure to remove members who are being mean to others?

I'm pasting what you should be seeing at the bottom right side of a post. Notice the three boxes: report, multiquote and quote. Click the report button, and report the terms of service violation.

What you might do is put them on ignore after you report it. You'll be blissfully missing all of their posts. I've used it a few times with a couple of people who think the only kind of advice to give is the "tough love" kind. If you click on the little icon that looks like a gear next to your name (top right corner) then select "Manage ignore prefs" you can add their name on your ignore list and see them no more!

Down the bottom on the left of the quote/multiquote buttons if you hoover the button to report will show up.
