Dr. John Weaver & Dr. Scott Stowers

Hi Everyone!

You were so helpful with my last question, so I'm back!

I've gotten approved for financing (I will be self-pay), and my family is supporting my decision to pursue WLS/Lap Band.

I've researched different doctors, and I'm between Dr. John Weaver with Lapband Rockies/Western Surgical Bariatric center and Dr. Scott Stowers with My Bariatric Solutions. Has anyone here used these surgeons?

Additionally, did anyone have a lap-band surgeon they loved and would recommend that was under $12,000?

What are some things you would recommend looking for in a doctor that you didn't think of before surgery?

I want to stay in the US so I don't have to worry about getting fills in the US.
