Have a fourth or fifth Protein shake if necessary. It's okay. You still won't get more than about 1000 calories. You might look at lower carb shakes, though. Premier Protein Shakes have 30 grams of protein, 160 calories, 1 sugar, and 5 carbs. Try drinking 4 or 5 of them and 64 ounces of other Fluid like Water or Crystal Lite. It still won't be easy, but it should help.

33 carbs in a shake? what kind? wow. I use premier. love them. how many days have you been doing this? give it 3 days and your body will adjust. it does get much easier, and before you know it..... surgery day!!! best of luck.

Drink some G2 or Vitamin Water Zero....it will help with your electrolytes. And I agree with the others who suggest Premier Protein...more protein, less carbs.

Good luck
