Pre-op weight loss shakes

Ok..I am walking, riding bikes, no starches, no soda and it just feels like I can't lose the weight. I have a little under 2 months to lose 22 lbs that I was told was required. Is there any shakes or something I can just drink to replace my meals. I will lose this weight if I gotta just not eat period. I won't let that be the reason I don't get approved for my surgery.

I also have lymphedema/Milroys disease in both legs and feet. So I have ALOT of fluid swelling. I just feel stuck:(

Can you do the pre op diet to lose the weight? I lost 1lb a day.

That may be what I do. Thank you for your reply. It's appreciated:)
