NW North Carolina and surrounding area

Hi, I am in NW North Carolina and new to the site. I've been signed up awhile but just now have insurance that covers this. I am interested in hearing from people in NW North Carolina who had the sleeve done in Hickory or Winston-Salem or another local hospital. I don't want to travel to have it done. I heard there was someone in Statesville as well who may do that? I'm hoping for find references and contacts who have used someone local. Also, I'd like tips on finding out what the prices are at each facility.

Hoping to hear from you guys out there!
