Insurance - BCBS FEP

I know that this question has been practically beat to DEATH, but here we go again.

If you have Blue Cross Blue Shield FEP and you were approved for any sort of plastic procedure, what was covered? How much did you end up paying out of pocket?

I found out that my surgeons office got an approval, but I'm not sure exactly what will be covered yet.

Thanks!

I don't have BCBS but I found out that my Panniculectomy Surgery will be covered next year. When I asked surgeon what covered means they said however much of your Roux en Y was cover is how much of your Panniculectomy will be covered.
