So I'm switching to my BFs insurance in November & will fully be able to use it in January. He had the lapband with Dr. Felix Spiegel last year & everything was great. A couple of other people we know also went to him for WLS. Anyway, my question about him is, does he have you lose weight before VSG surgery? Is there a goal you have to hit?? I was going to do the lapband as well but with True Results (beginning of this year) But they required me to loose about 50lbs before I could. Just wondering if he might do the same?? I can say he didn't have my BF lose anything but I weight about 50lbs more then him. :/ Anyhow, I've decided on VSG as I see how lapband is going for my BF.
