Started liquid diet, have no energy

I am three days into my two week pre op liquid diet. I have absolutely no energy. Can anyone give me any tips or let me know if this gets easier? Thanks!

    This happened to be too! I think it's your body detoxing from all the food Etc. It's also a bit of a shock to your system at first. Drink water and lots of it with lemon. Also, vitamins such as B will give you a little boost.
