4 month progress pics

Hey all! Wanted to share some progress pics and stats to encourage anyone out there, I know it helped me when I was first looking into surgery.

I've felt great my whole recovery... It's been an adjustment but a great one.

4 months post op today!

Since surgery: -54lb loss

Overall total: -88lb loss

    Thanks for posting. You're right, it is a good way to help the newbies. I'm 1.5 wks out and can't wait to have that moment a few months out. Great work and keep it up!
