ISO buddy/mentor in Miami

I had my surgery on Monday 9/29 in Mexico and now I'm back and in need of a mentor/buddy to go through this difficult time. I would prefer someone local if possible. The only person that knows about my surgery is my husband and he has never had weight issues so although he claims to be supportive, he really isn't and I'm alone.

HELP!
