I have these questions every once in awhile and the best way to not stress out about it is to track all of your calories in an app of some sort. I use MyFitnessPal, so I always know exactly how much

You are welcomed my love. I've been at the same bloody weigh for the last two weeks, so trust me when I say I'm having my own freaking frustrating moments over here. But I'm sticking with the program

I am probably reading too much into things BUT I have hit what I thought was a stall a couple of days ago. Then I weighed myself again and found that I have gained 6lbs in a couple of days. I know my cycle can play a role but I also notice that I can eat a bit more. I am 2.5 months out and list a total of 40 post-op. I am scared I have stretched my pouch. I don't stuff myself, nor drink while eating. I eat healthy, whole foods and very little carbs (complex ones only) along with my protein shakes. I also exercise. Anyone else run into this issue? Could the honeymoon be over?
