Poor eating

I'm so disappointed in myself. Every single month I fail miserably when it comes to that 'time' of the month. I download more carbs than iTunes downloads music! I still eat in small portions but I crave them terribly and can't seem to get it under control. I'm still losing, but I know if I don't get this resolved, having 75% of my stomach removed will have been done for nothing. Any suggestions?

Angel I eat whatever I want. Just a few bites. Maybe try that?

Have not have surgery, but three thoughts. 1. you are controlling the amounts and that is an improvement 2. try and find some healthier carbs, that might satisfy the craving. (not sure how healthy, but my doctor said he was ok with sugar free chocolate pudding. I like the dark chocolate, it is not so sweet.)

3. Don't beat yourself up. that is a cycle that sets you up for failure. Here is a link to an article on a good website for post bariatric patients.
