Plateau for the last few days...help!

I have trouble getting my water in everyday. But I think my lack of water intake is more on chasing my twins than anything sleeve related. I am two weeks out today and have already hit a plateau. Do you think lack of water could be leading to my plateau? Help! TIA

You have only been introduced to "the dreaded third week stall" a few days early. I know we get tired of hearing that our bodies are just adjusting, but that is exactly what is happening.

Thanks @@Miss Mac. My mom is a 3rd years post op sleever and she keeps telling me that this will pass. Its just hard to think I start soft food tomorrow and I'm at a stall. Im worried about adding the extras in tomorrow wont help me loose. I just dont want to gain.

Since the day of surgery I've been living in fear of the dreaded 3 week stall. I hit 2 weeks tomorrow and start mushies next Tuesday. I'm praying the 3 week stall isn't too devastating. I joined a gym today and start working out tomorrow so (prayerfully) that will help give my body the boost it needs to lose as much as I can before the 3rd week arrives.

@@twinmommy83 keep us posted on your progress. Other than our heights our stats are so similar it will be nice to have someone to chat about this whole thing with.

good luck!!
