My side is popping

So I had Gastric Sleeve on May 12, I'm 88 pounds lighter and feeling great. Yet when I turn sometimes I feel this light popping sensation in my left side. It's not painful or anything it's the same feeling as if you were popping your knuckle almost. Any body else feel this?

    Possible scar tissue when moving your body in certain position....IDK for sure but mine does that in my port area sometimes...I have lapband.
